february birthdays
this past weekend we had the pleasure of celebrating not one but TWO birthdays. on saturday my baby sister {eleanor} turned 21.
21!!!
is that even possible?
we had my family over at our house for baby sister’s birthday extravaganza.
and then on sunday we treked down east to goldsboro for (travis brother) steve’s birthday. he didn’t turn 21 but all birthdays are still important and fun! (that is what i have been telling myself ever since my 22nd birthday)

eleanor got the baby! (for those of you who are unfamiliar with king cake, there is always a baby hidden in the cake and whoever gets the piece with the baby is suppossed to bring the cake next year)

these strawberries were quite yummy - if i do say so myself - even if they didn't turn out too pretty
eleanor received settlers of cattan and it took all of 5 minutes for a game to begin
i'm in a picture! look at that baby, couldn't you just EAT him?? (the state attire was jackson's gift to eleanor)
gayle gave jackson these precious booties that travis wore when he was a baby - her grandmother made them! so sweet!
i think he sort of looks like me in this picture, maybe?

oh yes,
and yesterday was my grandpa’s 93rd birthday! happy birthday grandpa!
